At Direct Global we work directly with the client to ensure the best possible merchandise! Direct Global offers Quality & Value, On Time & On Budget! The following is a step by step process on the quest to your desired promotional products.

Initial Product Discussion:

Bring your concept or product idea to Direct Global to discuss key elements. What is the function of the product? How will it be used and what is the desired timeline? A clear understanding of the product nature will help us offer you suggestions and alternatives to save time, improve function, enhance manufacturing capability, and reap potential budgetary savings.

Determine Key Product Specifications:

Product description, decoration method, key product functions, target price, in-hands date and delivery requirements should be spelled out with Direct Global so we can get you a timely quotation.

Factory Capability Assessment:

We work with our factory partners to determine which has the best manufacturing competencies to make your project a reality. This important behind the scenes step ensures you will get the quality and capability your project requires for success.

Product Safety and Compliance:

Laws and regulations for child and product safety and compliance are changing almost daily. Direct Global contracts with independent testing providers to ensure all products we deliver are safe and compliant. These independent partners provide certified testing results for lead and phthalate content as well as any applicable safety and compliance requirements. Direct Global will guide you through this process for your specific project.

Detailed Quotation:

Direct Global provides a detailed written quotation for every project request outlining price, product description, sample and production timing. In addition, packaging, payment terms, and pertinent details to getting your project delivered timely and accurately are included.

Purchase Order:

Your project is confirmed once Direct Global receives your written purchase order, acceptable artwork, and financial clearance.

Purchase Order Confirmation:

Once we have the three elements above, a written Purchase Order Confirmation (POC) will be issued to you within 24 hours outlining all aspects of the project. This is our exclusive "Spec Sheet" listing out ALL aspects of the project: production and decoration description, packaging and carton mark information, payment terms, product testing requirements and delivery dates. You will be asked to sign and return this document ensuring everyone is "on the same page" in terms of project details and expectations.

Pre-Production Sample:

Direct Global provides a physical PP sample with every project. This is a "hands-on" review of your project to make sure all details and decoration are correct. Detailed e-proofs are provided in advance of the physical sample and our China inspection team for accuracy previews samples before they are sent out for your review.

Sample Approval:

Upon receipt of your product sample you will be provided with a written "Production Authorization" form. This form allows you to approve the sample as is, with changes or request a new sample with updates. No production begins before your written approval of the sample is received. This step is integral in reducing your risk that product will be produced incorrectly.

1st Inspection:

Once you approve the PP sample for production, Direct Global's China based inspection staff go to the factory to review all materials, product components, and factory production plans to ensure they meet or exceed the requirements/quality of the PP sample.

Full Production:

Direct Global manages this critical step with our manufacturing trained production staff and on-site China teams to ensure your project stays on time and on budget.

Freight Booking:

Direct Global's experienced logistics team uses several freight forwarder partners to ensure seamless transport of your freight. FOB shipments, ocean, and air bookings are made early in the production process to have all arrangements in place well in advance of production completion.

Final Inspection:

Trained Direct Global staff inspects every project before any goods leave the factory. Final production must meet or exceed our strict quality control standards for product and decoration. Finished goods are reviewed on the factory floor and written inspection reports with pictures are created before goods are released for delivery to the forwarder.

China Port Delivery:

We handle all details regarding transport of goods from the factory floor to the port of departure. Our Logistics team ensures all Bills of Lading, packing slips and required documentation are correct and in place.

Port Delivery and Customs Clearance:

Direct Global handles all customs clearance documentation. Customs paperwork, pre-clearances, and final clearance are completed prior to delivery.

Delivery:

Whether we ship FOB, CIF or have Direct Global deliver to your door we can handle your request. We will arrange palletisation and inland transport as needed, and can provide recommendations for drop shipment and fulfillment services when requested.

Delivery Confirmation:

Direct Global can provide tracking for inland deliveries when requested and will provide a written proof of delivery (POD) upon request.

Final Billing:

All details are finalized and you are provided with a final invoice with a detailed breakdown of costs, and any other requested services.

Direct Global values our customer partners; your success is crucial to us. This is why we offer a 30-day guarantee that your order will be right or we will make it right at our expense. In the rare event that something still goes wrong with your order, even with all the safeguards we have in place, count on us to get it corrected. Direct Global will work with you to create options to make the situation right.
